Limited resources often make it difficult for higher education institutions in developing countries to provide high quality education for students. Apart from this certain higher education programmes may be unavailable in developing countries as a result of non availability of the necessary teaching and learning resources. Sometimes students take longer periods to complete programmes because of lack of learning materials. These and other factors make education beyond borders imperative.
African Centre for Educational Services (ACES) is dedicated to promoting higher education across borders. We provide a bridge between higher educational institutions and students seeking admissions into foreign Universities and Colleges.
